The epic action-drama stars Chris Hemsworth ("The Avengers") because the magnetic Englishman James Hunt and Daniel Brühl ("Inglourious Basterds") because the disciplined Austrian compulsive Niki Lauda, whose clashes on the car race track epitomized the distinction between these 2 extraordinary characters, a distinction mirrored in their non-public lives. 

Set against the horny and glamourous golden age of Formula one athletics, Rush portrays the exhilarating true story of 2 of the best rivals the globe has ever witnessed—handsome English hedonist Hunt and his organized, good opponent, Lauda.
